Thank you for taking the time to tell me about you. 

Based on what you shared with me today the source of your constant tiredness is likely related to the LACK OF BALANCE  and Nutrients in YOUR DIET!.

It appears that you are somewhat of a grown up picky-eater, and this selectiveness towards food very likely be the root reason why you have a hard time getting through the day.

However, there could be other factors to take into consideration – such as an undiagnosed medical condition or other health issue. If you don’t eat a lot of variety, frequently choose low nutrient options, and are not taking any supplements or vitamins to counteract this, your overall nutrition should be the first consideration.

You may not like hearing this, but variety in your diet and the introduction of nutrient dense foods is the key here. Try to eat your greens and get a large variety of food into your daily meals.

Focus on the following foods:

– Eat the Rainbow – eat a variety of vegetables in many colors

– leafy greens

– Healthy, organic pasture raised meat

– Wild caught fish

– Eggs

– Healthy fats – butter, ghee and olive oil.

– Nuts and seeds

Remove low nutrition processed foods, simple carbohydrates (pasta) and sugar from your plate.

If you are seriously absolving your fatigue and boosting your energy level then you also need to STOP reaching for the convenient, low nutrient options that you seem to migrate towards. The food that you are currently selecting may be convenient but it is also processed, packaged, high in calories and low in nutrients and there is no way to sugar-coat, although it has plenty of sugar, it isn’t helping your health.
