Description
Sunset tea is a gentle blend that will help prepare the mood for a good night’s sleep.
To enhance the calming effect of Sunset Tea use it in combination with Lavender Infused Honey.
To Prepare
Add 2 teaspoons to 8 ounce of hot water, cover and let steep for 10 – 30 minutes. The longer you steep the stronger the tea.

Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis), Linden flowers and leaves (Tilia Cordata), Milky Oats (Avena Sativa), Hops (Humulus Lupulus), Lavender flowers (Lavandula Angustifolia)
