Cozy up with Ashwagandha Cocoa milk. Ashwagandha is known in the Ayurvedic tradition to be a restoring and rejuvenating herb for the nervous and adrenal systems.
Add a tablespoon to a dairy or non-dairy milk. Heat while stirring until warm. Add 1/2 of ghee (optional) and serve. Best drunk in the evening to help encourage a good night's sleep.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Cocoa powder (Theobroma cacao), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Himalayan pink salt.
