Where are your herbs coming from?
I grow about 95% of the herbs that I use in my products. Some of the herbs that are abundant in the wild, such as St John’s Wort, Elderflowers and berries, and plantain I wildcraft. I make it a point to wildcraft in areas that are not sprayed and not too close to a road. On the rare occasion that I need to purchase herbs, I buy from small organic farms here in America.
Do you sell bulk herbs?
I run a very small farm. The demand for my products is high. More times than not, all the herbs that grow in my garden are made into products, and are sold out.
The product I wanted to order is out of stock - will you make more for me?
I grow the herbs that I use in my products. Once a product goes out of stock I need to wait for the following season in order to have access to the plant. Therefore my products are seasonal.
I do not see your tinctures and elixirs in your online shop - how can I buy them?
If you met me in a market and you know which tincture or elixir you wish to purchase, you can email me your order. Please include the item you want to purchase, the amount, and your address. I will send you an electronic invoice. Once you’ve paid I can ship it to you.
How do I take tinctures?
Tinctures are best taken either directly on the tongue or with a little bit of water or juice. Simply count the number of drops into a ¼ cup of water or juice and drink.
For our Better Bitters formula, I suggest taking it directly on your tongue and holding it for 30 seconds. The bitter taste has a stimulating effect on the digestive tract and the liver.
Do you provide custom formulas?
Unfortunately, I do not provide custom formulas.

What is your return/refund policy?
Once a product has been shipped I do not accept returns and I do not give refunds.
What if the item that I ordered arrived damaged or incorrect?
If a product you ordered arrived either damaged or incorrect I am truly sorry. Please contact me at lior@beefieldsfarm and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will do my best to correct any mistake or replace a damaged product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is shipped I will not be able to change the order or give you a refund.
If I have not shipped your order yet, contact me at email@example.com with your name, order number, and the changes you wish to make. Refunds may take up to 3 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Where is my order?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Once I ship your order you will get an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package online or call USPS at 1-800-222-1811.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, I am unable to ship my products abroad due to the nature of the products that I offer and the high cost of overseas shipping.
